Sophia was great when I went to her to get my ears cleared. She was very friendly and the procedure went well. I would definitely recommend her and will be booking any future appointments I need with her.
Sophia was generous with her time. She explained that both ears had a wax build up, not just the L ear. So despite my not having softened the wax in the R ear , she gently and expertly cleared both ears. I’m so glad I’ve I found her.
After being told the wait for a NHS hearing test for my daughter would be 3 months I found Sophia after a quick Google search. I’m so glad I did, she saw us the same week, conducted all the relevant paediatric hearing tests for my little girl & provided me with a detailed report. She’s so calming & lovely, my little girl actually seemed to enjoy getting her ears checked, that’s how lovely Sophia is!! Lovely, clean, calming room & she puts you at ease the moment she opens the door! Can’t recommend her enough, thank you Sophia 😊

We found Sophia, when searching for a private Paediatric Audiologist. My son was suffering from high pressure with wax build up. The wait for a referral to ENT was 5 weeks, so I contact Sophia having read her credentials and she saw us within two days. She was very thorough and sensitive with my son who is 13. It was a reasonable cost too compared to the quotation we had from the private hospital. I will definitely be keeping Sophia’s contact details to recommend to others and for future reference.
After many years of being treated reasonably satisfactorily by the NHS, my last audiology consultation was very disappointing – the mould for my ear didn’t fit properly and my hearing was worse.Sophia is very friendly and efficient and I have confidence that she knows exactly what she is doing. She made a new mould which fits much better – easier to fit and more comfortable than the NHS mould. She carried out a comprehensive hearing test and explained everything clearly and simply.She explained that the NHS-provided hearing aid wasn’t really strong enough to improve my hearing any further, so I have now decided to have Sophia fit me with a new hearing aid. She explained all the costs involved, including the on-going support she would provide, and the benefits, before I had to commit to making a decision.I am very happy with her service.
